ACEMAPP interfaces with Complio (by American DataBank) to simplify the compliance process for members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.). Complio's services include a background check, drug screen processing, and clinical requirement verification.

Linking Your Complio Account to ACEMAPP

Step 1:

From your student or faculty home screen, click on the Complio logo in the "Vendors" window, which will open a new tab.

Step 2:

A splash screen will open. Click the green "Go to American Data Bank / Complio" button to go to your Complio account.

NOTE: The Last Data Date area indicates when ACEMAPP received your account's last piece of data. If you are not connected to your Complio account, this will display "Never." If your accounts are linked, you should see a date and timestamp in this field.

Step 3:

You will be prompted to log into your Complio account. Enter the Username and Password associated with your Complio account.

NOTE: To successfully link your accounts, the email addresses MUST match between your ACEMAPP and Complio accounts. If the email addresses do not match, please update your ACEMAPP Profile to include the email address associated with your Complio account. Then, repeat Steps 1 - 3 to connect your accounts.


Email Address not in Complio:

If your email address is not found in Complio's system, you will be presented with a screen to Create an Account. Fill out all of the required information to create your account in Complio.

Step 4:

If Complio recognizes your email address in their system, you will be taken to a page where you may link your account.

  • Click the "I am 'First Name, Last Name' from 'School Name'" radio button, then click "Proceed".

Step 5:

Log in and verify your information is correct.

Depending on where you are in the Complio process, you may need to place an order for immunization and document tracking subscription. If you have a current vaccination and document tracking subscription in Complio, you are ready to provide documentation of your immunizations and other compliance requirements.

Step 6:

In ACEMAPP, your requirements will show green checks for each completed item through Complio. You will also notice completion and/or expiration dates for these items in their respective columns.

Navigating the Complio Website:

Depending on where you are in the Complio process, you may need to place an order for immunization and document tracking subscription.

FAQ

My Complio account is not detected when using the interface.

  • You may have a different email address in Complio (than what is entered in ACEMAPP). Please update your ACEMAPP profile to include your email address from your Complio account and retry the interface.

I linked to the wrong Complio account.

  • Please contact Complio Support at 1-800-200-0853 or send an email to support@americandatabank.com to request the removal of the incorrect account. Once this is complete, retry the interface with the correct account.

I have successfully linked my account to Complio, but no data has been posted to ACEMAPP.

  • Data transfer can take up to 24 hours. Please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support after allowing 24 hours for data transfer at 1-844-223-4292.
