Learning Materials for Students & Faculty

Your school and/or clinical site may require you to complete course modules, assessments, or attestations prior to the start of your rotation. In order to complete these, please follow the steps below.

Access to the Learning Materials within ACEMAPP does require a valid active membership. If you are required to purchase a membership, click the "Resume Payment" on your main Dashboard or click the "Make Payment" on the Billing screen.

Step 1:

Your required course modules, assessments, or attestations are located at the bottom of your home screen, in the "Learning Materials" section.

NOTE: Alternately you can also view your Learning Materials by clicking the "More" button in the nav-bar, and then click "Learning Materials."

Step 2:

To complete a course module, you will start by clicking on the "View Course" (book) icon.

Step 3:

After you have reviewed the course, you can complete the assessment by clicking on "Take Assessment" (graduation cap) icon.

NOTE: Assessment, Courses, or SCORM courses that you have not started will be red, while assessments/courses you started, yet still in progress will be orange.

Once your assessments are successfully completed, you will see a green checkmark, indicating that these items no longer need your attention.

Step 4:

To complete a SCORM course module, you will start by clicking the "Take Course" (bulls-eye) icon.

FAQs

When will the courses and assessments be available?

You will only be able to take a course 60 days prior to the expiration date.

NOTE: You may not be able to access your Learning Materials if your Profile is incomplete or your Membership Fee is due.

Why doesn't my course or assessment show an expiration date?

Courses and assessments that are available to you but do not affect compliance are marked by the grey dash (-) and will not have an expiration date.
