Assigning members (i.e., students, faculty, preceptors) to rotations is an essential step toward creating rotations and allowing members to access their required documents and learning materials.
From your Home Page, click the "Rotations" tab in your navigation bar to open the Rotations table.
Click the "Edit" (pencil icon) button under the Actions column next to the rotation you would like to assign a member to.
Select the appropriate Member Type at the top of the table that you want to assign to the rotation.
Locate the member in the Available Students list or use the Search box to find the member(s).
NOTE: For a member to be available to assign members to a rotation, they must be actively affiliated with your program. Check your Members Affiliated table to see if they need an account created or if they need to be moved back to Active status from Graduated, On Hold, etc.
Select the member(s) you want to assign by checking the box under the Assign column next to the member's name.
NOTE: You will only be able to assign up to the number of student slots you requested. If you need to edit the number of slots, please note that the Clinical Site will need to approve this.
Is this Roster Complete?
Click "Save" to complete the process of assigning a member to the rotation.
NOTE: The roster will only send when the rotation has been Approved and Everyone Assigned to the rotation is showing Compliant in ACEMAPP.
Note: Once a member is assigned to a rotation, an email is automatically sent from ACEMAPP to the member. The email notifies the member of their rotation assignment and that they may have additional materials to complete within their ACEMAPP account.
If you need to remove members from a rotation, follow Steps 1-3 to return to the appropriate Member type page.
Find the "Assigned" list and check the box in the "Remove" column for any members that need to be removed from the rotation. Once the selection has been made, follow Step 6 and click "Save" to save the changes to the rotation roster.
