ACEMAPP Reporting

ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options to build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.

Each report contains a variety of filters. This will allow you to view, email, and/or export only the data you need. You can also download spreadsheets of any report to keep for your records. If the report you need does not already exist, please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support at 844-223-4292 to discuss having it created!

Step 1:

To review all of the available reports in ACEMAPP, select "Reporting" from your home screen.

Step 2:

Select the "View Mode" for your reporting dashboard. The options are "View Mode: Classic," "View Mode: Custom Block," and "View Mode: Table."

Step 3:

Use the "Search" bar to locate reports by name or using words found in the report description.

Step 4:

Click the "Favorite" (star) button to add a report to your "Favorites" tab. This report will now be located in your "Favorites" tab in each View Mode.

Step 5:

Click the "Run Report" button to navigate into the report itself.

View Mode: Classic

Step 1:

Selecting "View Mode: Classic" displays reports organized into five areas: "Featured," "Member," "Rotation," "Special," and "View All." Click individual tabs to change which reports are displayed.

View Mode: Custom Block

Step 1:

Selecting "View Mode: Custom Block" displays two tabs - "Favorites" and "View All."

Step 2:

Customize your report names by clicking the "Edit" (pencil) button under each report.

Enter the "Custom Report Name" and "Custom Report Description." Then, click "Submit."

View Mode: Custom Table

Step 1:

Selecting "View Mode: Custom Table" displays all reports in a single table.

Step 2:

Customize your report names by clicking the "Edit" (pencil) button under each report.

Enter the "Custom Report Name" and "Custom Report Description." Then, click "Submit."

Email Verification Report
This report provides a list of members who have not verified their email addresses.
Export Selected Rotation Data

If your entity is utilizing the Requirement Ownership feature, this report gives you a quick view and access to those members which have not been checked by an authorized user.
Member Requirement Report
The Requirement Compliance report helps by showing you the current status of members' requirements. Note: In order to view a historical record of a member's requirements, please use the Profile Completion Report.
Profile Completion Report
After the rotation is approved and everyone assigned to the rotation shows compliance, you will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP.
Preceptor Time Report by Entity
If you track your preceptors in ACEMAPP, this report will break down all preceptor's time by entity location.
Preceptor Assignment Report
The Preceptor Assignment Report lists preceptors and shows the current rotation(s) they are assigned to.
Personal Schedule Report for Faculty
To see students personal schedules that are entered in ACEMAPP.
Rotation Member Compliance Report
The Rotation Member Compliance report shows all non-compliant members by rotation, along with a list of their incomplete requirements.
Rotation Member Report
The Rotation Member Report is a way to view your members by rotation, along with information on the rotation.
Reporting Dashboard
ACEMAPP offers a wide range of reports that can be accessed from the reporting dashboard. This article explains how to personalize the view of your most frequently used reports by organizing your favorites.
Unit Availability Report/Calendar
As a School Coordinator, this report allows you to choose one of your partner organizations and view the potential availability of their units. 
Customized Rotation Data
Build and save a customized report using current rotation data.
Waiver Report
The Waiver Report allows you to view the number of waivers being made, filtered by member type, requirement, and who the associated entities are.
Unit Schedules Report
See schedules for each unit (or multiple units) based on current rotation requests.
Time Log Report
ACEMAPP Time Log reports provide you with a table and spreadsheet of time spent at your clinical.
The Schedule Report
The Schedule report allows you to view all students schedules all at once, either in a Calendar view or a List view, or even a generated .CSV to allow you to import the data into a spreadsheet program.
Rotation Schedule Report
Build and save a customized view of rotations either present or historical. Save queries to also run at a later date.
Partner Rotation Report
This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members joined to those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.
Opt-out Email Report
ACEMAPP allows members to control the messages or emails they receive from ACEMAPP. The Opt-out Email Report will enable you to view the members associated with your organization who have opted out of emails.
Coordinator Communications Report
The Coordinator Communications Report allows you to run and export results of contacts based on filter choices.
Coordinator Case Log Report
ACEMAPP Case Log reports gather and analyze case log information into a user-friendly format.
Community Rotations Member Report
Download a list of members grouped by their individual rotations. Filter by date, program, unit, or course.
Community Evaluation Report
This report displays the responses of connected professionals who have completed their evaluations
Community Benefit Report
This report allows you to track and report on the number of student hours hosted at the facility and/or health system. You can pull a report based on the active students, student slots hosted, or both during a specific time period.
Case Log Report
Case Log Reports will take all case logs attached to your account and present them in a more user-friendly format.  You can generate reports at any time to monitor your experience and type of experience.
Case and Time Log Hours Report
The Case and Time Log Hours Report provides a list of members and their total case log and time log hours.
Block Schedule Report
The Block Schedule Report allows you to view member rotation assignments by custom blocks.
Create Custom Report
The Create Custom report allows you to build your own report to gather the information you need in ACEMAPP. This report uses updated logic and an algorithm for speedier results.
Viewing Evaluation Results
If your organization allows faculty reporting on evaluations, follow the process here to view evaluation results.
On-Boarding Progress Report
The On-Boarding Progress report allows you to view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) who have missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.
On Site Report
View members on-site for rotations at/from partnering organizations on any given date. Use optional filters, such as course, unit, or partner, to narrow your results. You may email members directly from this report and export results to a CSV format.
Member Assignment Report
The Member Assignment Report lists members and shows current rotations they are assigned to.
Member Applications Report
This report will show you all directly affiliated students with applications and the status of the application.
LMS Report
The LMS Report. This report allows you to see either complete or incomplete assessments by member type and selected assessment.
Incomplete Member Report
The Incomplete Member report provides a list of any members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) that have not completed all requirements for a specific program. 
Form Hours Report
The Form Hours Report allows you, as the School Coordinator/Instructor, to view the total hours that students have logged for a specific course. This report will also provide further details, including what forms were approved by the school and the specific rotation ID number. You may view the results in your browser or export this data to a spreadsheet for your records.
Expiring Member Report
The Expiring Member Report shows members (by member type) which have an expiring requirement within an indicated, upcoming number of days.
Document Status Report
The Document Status Report allows you to review member requirement documents. This report displays the document status, when the document was managed, and by whom. If the document was denied, the deny note is also displayed.
