The ACEMAPP Library provides a catalog of resources that may be relevant to your interests. These resources are available to all member types, regardless of clinical or educational partners. You are not required to complete any courses or documents within this section.
**ACEMAPP Careers** is a health care recruiting resource intended to match health care professionals and employers nationwide. Candidates match to opportunities based on profession, specialty, schedule, and location preferences.
ACEMAPP allows secondary school teachers and administrators to assign requirements to students and monitor completion, while allowing students to prepare for a future career in health care. Below you’ll find some of our most popular features utilized by current high school members.

All students, faculty, and general members now have access to ACEMAPP Careers! ACEMAPP Careers allows members to match to health care jobs based on profession, specialty, schedule, and location preferences.
The New Year brings new opportunities to streamline your clinical education process. Several of our school user members use ACEMAPP to find clinical opportunities for their students, monitor compliance, and review clinical encounters.

The new central dashboard allows members with multiple user types to navigate between their various dashboards (i.e. student, faculty, candidate, etc.). If you have multiple ACEMAPP user types, you may also set a primary dashboard! Your primary dashboard is the user type you are automatically directed to upon logging in to ACEMAPP. You should set your primary dashboard to the role you play most often. Coordinators now have the option to have to view a student’s dashboard from their perspective using the “faux view”. While using faux view, coordinators are not able to click on anything, view any private information, or take any actions on behalf of the student. This feature simply allows for a better understanding of how announcements, requirements and other important details appear to students.
The “Manage Documents” icon within user requirement tables now changes colors when a requirement is expired or close to expiring. When a requirement is expired, the icon will be highlighted in red and the requirement will move to the “Incomplete Requirements” section. When a requirement is close to expiring, the icon will be highlighted in orange and the requirement will move to the “Expiring Requirements” section.
Coordinators now have the option to see an orange "expiring" indicator when users are 30 days or less from a requirement expiring. The indicator will appear in your student management tables. When you hover over the indicator, it will tell you which requirements are close to expiring. This way, coordinators are able to monitor compliance throughout student/faculty experiences.
We've made changes to some of the colors and fonts on our website in order to create a cleaner and more simplified look. We’re pleased to share that ACEMAPP is now accepting forms of interest from schools and clinical sites interested in using ACEMAPP Careers *in addition to* their ACEMAPP Education membership.
The ACEMAPP logo in your menu bar has been updated! ACEMAPP has been simplifying clinical education for 10 years, and in that time, we’ve gone from a clinical rotation scheduling tool to a one-stop-shop for the entire clinical education process.
**Managing your members has just gotten easier within the sub-menu on your dashboard. Your dashboard has been condensed to a single "Members" button, rather than listing each type of member (student, faculty, observers, volunteers, staff, etc.) on your menu.**
ACEMAPP is committed to creating a user-friendly experience for all. In an effort to make our website more accessible, we are making some minor changes to color and content. The changes will be gradual and should not interfere with your regular use of ACEMAPP.
The Faculty Document Manager allows a faculty member assigned to a specific rotation the ability to approve or deny any requirement documents associated with that specific rotation.
