The “Manage Documents” icon within a member's requirement tables has been updated to improve tracking and visibility of expiring or expired requirements. Now, the icon changes color based on the requirement's status, making it easier to stay on top of deadlines.
When a requirement has expired, the “Manage Documents” icon will be highlighted in red, signaling that the requirement is no longer valid. Additionally, the expired requirement will automatically move to the “Incomplete Requirements” section, helping users quickly identify requirements that need attention or re-submission.
For requirements that are approaching their expiration date, the icon will turn orange, providing a clear visual indicator that action is needed soon. These requirements will also be relocated to the “Expiring Requirements” section, allowing users to easily spot and address those that are nearing their deadline.
This color-coded system helps users efficiently manage their requirements by highlighting critical items and organizing them into clear categories based on their status. The intuitive design ensures that users can quickly identify what needs attention, minimizing the risk of overlooking important deadlines and ensuring smoother management of documents and requirements.
